Direct TV offers local channels in most major U.S. cities and their surrounding areas. Channels always come in digital quality. Eligible customers can order other packages that include local channels. Before ordering for your programming you can visit Direct TV local channels page to find out if local channels are available in the area you live in. The local channels additions will not affect your pre-set Locks and Limits if you've used your on-screen menus to set spending or ratings limits. Those will remain in effect, even on the new local channels. If a channel that you locked out moved, you'll need to lock it out at its new location.
