Delores Farley of Chapmanville said she spent 5 on 10 Direct TV descramblers to protect her satellite converter box from electric surges.
U.S. District Judge Joseph Goodwin ruled that Farley's claims were not credible.
Farley didn't respond to a telephone message left at her home Monday
